Every Soul Matters

Jesus left the crowd for one person — doesn’t that show how much one soul matters? “Don’t just see a house, but see the souls on the inside.”   Every soul matters.

Jesus lives inside of you, and He’s a well of fresh water. When life feels chaotic, He’s a well of peace. When things seem too hard, He’s a well of strength. When no one understands, Jesus does.

1. Look Past the Distractions

We are distracted by social media, people, problems, and life itself. If you want to hate your life, all you have to do is invest only in yourself.

Solomon — the richest man who ever lived — bought everything he could imagine: houses made of gold, wealth that amazed people. Yet he died depressed and lonely because he invested only in himself instead of others.

Michael Jackson had everything money could buy, but needed doctors to help him sleep. Jesus said, “I will give you rest.” Aren’t you glad that when you live for Jesus, you find joy that life can’t give, peace that the world can’t make, and love that only God can give?When nothing else can help, the well of Jesus springs up. When you start investing in your church and your family, the fountain of living waters begins to flow.

Happiness Comes Through Serving

Make the church have the same vision — even if we reach it in different ways. Some people can sing, some are social, some serve quietly — but all gifts matter.

Wouldn’t it be something if you used your talent to help build the church? You’d find more joy, and church would become even more meaningful for you.

The goal isn’t to have a bigger church or to increase our pride — It’s to lift up Jesus and make Him known.
